Whether you are seeking coaching, mentoring or help on a personal basis, for yourself or for others, or for a whole team, then John at Directing Change and its affiliates can help.
All coaches work in accordance with The Coaching Academy’s Code of Conduct.
All coaching and mentoring is strictly confidential and follows some ground rules that all parties will mutual agree at the outset.
What's Involved?
We will help you and / or your team to be clear on their goals and dreams, work on their performance and then help them to make their goals a reality! This may involve working over a period of say 6 coaching sessions or a period of 3 months with:-
- An Individual or
- A group of individuals
Alternatively, working with a combined team at an event that can be designed around your needs such as:-
- A Board or Management Meeting
- A Team Building event
- A Simulation responding to an emergency business continuity disaster, such as flood, fire, terrorist incident or power cut.
The event(s) could last for a few hours or even longer.
The options are endless
How does Coaching Work?
The experienced Coach will guide you through a well-established but flexible process, asking you powerful questions and with permission, challenging you.
At the end of each session, you will come up with your own prioritised, SMART actions, that have been agreed, written down and which will lead you confidently towards your goal.
As the client, you need to be aware that the coaching results cannot be guaranteed and is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy.
Nevertheless, it is extremely powerful: having another person who can act as a confidential sounding board for your dreams, your ideas and your actions.
You will create your own results and your new reality.
Coaching can be arranged on a variety of subjects, for an individual, for individuals within a group or for teams of people.
