John's Experience

After 34 years permanent employment in industry, John decided to alter direction, so that he could help more people and companies succeed. Now, as an Interim Manager, along with a large network of colleagues, he is passionate about helping both companies and individual people.

John is a Lean, Six-Sigma qualified, experienced Operations, General Business and Change Manager with over 47 years of operations, SAP and change management experience in both shrinking and growing business environments for 19 major, global, Blue Chip Companies.

He enjoys and is very capable of motivating and harnessing both people and teams to generate significant improvements in productivity and business performance.

He coaches, mentors and trains your people, at all levels, to ensure that the Change is embedded securely in the organisation.
